You can request deletion of your Doon Rooms account either from inside the app (App Sidebar → Delete Account) or using the form below on this page, even without logging in.
Once submitted, we process deletion requests within 7 working days. Your profile, listings, chats and preferences will be permanently removed. Some data (like invoices or records required for legal/fraud-prevention purposes) may be retained for up to 90 days as required by law, after which it is deleted too.
