You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Doon Rooms reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Room owners must only list properties they have the legal right to rent. All listing information including photos, description, location and price must be accurate and current. Misleading listings, duplicate posts or listings for properties not in Dehradun are not permitted and will be removed.
Users must not use Doon Rooms for any illegal purpose, post false or misleading information, harass or threaten other users, attempt to hack or disrupt our platform, collect user data without consent, or use the platform to advertise unrelated products or services.
Doon Rooms acts as a listing platform only. We do not guarantee the availability of any listed property. All agreements regarding rent, deposits and tenancy are made directly between the tenant and the room owner. Doon Rooms is not a party to any such agreement.
You retain ownership of content (photos, descriptions) that you post on Doon Rooms. By posting, you grant Doon Rooms a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on our platform and in our marketing materials.
Doon Rooms is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including disputes between tenants and landlords, inaccurate listing information or platform downtime. Use of Doon Rooms is at your own risk.
The Doon Rooms name, logo, design and all platform code are the intellectual property of Doon Rooms. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Doon Rooms after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Doon Rooms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
